Born Kevin Moore, Keb' Mo' is known for his originality, charisma, and immense talent. His music resonates with deep, mellow vibes and extraordinary National steel guitar work, complemented by fluid, acoustic finger-picking and soulful strumming. His material is filled with raw, pure blues played with unbridled passion, tremendous conviction, and heart and soul.
This record is all about the basics: guitar, voice, and harmonica. From the phenomenal country-blues songwriting in "Victims of Comfort" and "Angelina" to the reverence for the past in his covers of Robert Johnson's "Come On In My Kitchen" and "Kindhearted Woman Blues", Keb' Mo' delivers a compelling mix of shuffles, ballads, and dance songs.
Mastered from the original tapes, this 180g LP represents the first time that Keb' Mo's watershed album has been given a much-needed sonic facelift. This edition brings out the startling intimacy and soothing emotion of Mo's gorgeous vocal timbres, his guitar, harmonica, and pace.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
